摘  要  将背散射电子图像分析法(BSE-IA)与X射线断层扫描(XCT)相结合,研究了三种密度相近的超低密度水泥基泡沫混凝土(CBFC)的孔结构特征。研究发现,泡沫混凝土的孔隙孔径分布从纳米级至毫米级,其中主要为毫米级孔隙。XCT可从三维角度对其中大孔进行定量研究,可获得大孔的孔隙率、孔径分布、孔隙球度及孔壁厚度等信息;而基于不同放大倍数的图像,BSE-IA可对CBFC中的大孔与孔壁中的凝胶孔及水泥水化特征等进行多尺度研究。泡沫混凝土性能由孔隙率、孔径大小、球度、孔壁厚度与孔壁特征等共同决定,因此将BSE-IA与XCT相结合,可综合全面地对水泥基泡沫混凝土的微观结构进行多尺度研究。

Multiscale research on the pore structures of cement-based foam concrete by the combination of BSE-IA and XCT

Abstract   By the combination of BSE-IA (backscattered scattered electron image analysis) and XCT (X-ray computed tomography), the pore characteristics of super lower density cement-based foam concretes (CBFC) were investigated. Results show that the pore diameters in CBPC range from nanometer to millimeter, with the majority of them are the millimeter pores. XCT can quantitatively obtain the information about the porosity, pore size distribution, pore sphericity and the wall-thickness, etc., in 3D. In addition, the micro-pores in the pore wall and the hydration characteristics can be investigated by BSE-IA. The performance of CBFC is controlled by both its pore and pore wall. Therefore, by the combination of XCT and BSE-IA, the pore structure characteristics of CBFC can be comprehensively studied in the multiscale approach.
