风积沙微粉水泥胶砂水化机理研究

摘  要  将风积沙经过球磨机研磨后的微粉掺入到水泥砂浆中替代水泥,通过对纯水泥组、掺粉煤灰组、掺风积沙微粉组(包括未激发和激发后)胶凝体系的强度、水化产物的微观形貌和水化机理进行分析。试验结果表明:同水胶比、同掺量下,掺风积沙微粉组胶砂需水量较大;掺激发后风积沙微粉组不同龄期胶砂强度均高于掺粉煤灰组,其水化热温度峰值得到了降低,放热速率峰值有较大的降幅且出现时间得到了推移,该研究为风积沙微粉作为掺合料应用于水泥混凝土中提供技术依据。

Study on hydration mechanism of aeolian sand fine powder cement morta

Abstract   The powder of aeolian sand ground by ball mill is mixed into cement mortar to replace cement,the strength of cementitious system, microstructure of hydration products and hydration mechanism of pure cement group, fly ash group and aeolian sand micro powder group (including unexcited and excited) were analyzed. The experimental results show that the amount of water needed for aeolian sand micropowder group is large under the same water-binder ratio and the same dosage, the strength of aeolian sand with different ages is higher than that with fly ash, and the peak temperature of hydration heat was decreased, the peak heat release rate was significantly decreased and occurrence time was postponed ,this study provides a technical basis for the application of aeolian sand powder as admixture in cement concrete.
