Sn@ MnOx核壳结构微/纳米线的合成和结构表征

摘  要 本文合成了一种新型结构的微/纳米线。利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和能量色散X射线谱(EDS)对所合成微/纳米线的形态、组成和微观结构进行研究。结果显示β-Sn 微/纳米线作为“核”,超薄非晶态MnOX纳米片作为“壳”层,完全把β-Sn 包裹住,形成Sn @ MnOx微/纳米线异质结构。

Synthesis and structural characterization of Sn@ MnOx core-shell micro/nanowires

Abstract  We synthesized a novel structure of micro/nanowires. The morphology, composition and microstructure of the synthesized nanowires were investigated by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy dispersive X-ray (EDS). It was found that the β-Sn micro/nanowire acts as a“nucleus”, the ultra-thin amorphous MnOX nanosheet acts as a "shell" layer, completely encapsulating β-Sn to form a Sn @ MnOx micro/nanowire heterostructure, distinctly different from any previously reported nano- and microtubes.
