加热时间对制备钠钨青铜材料的影响

摘 要  利用加热法,通过改变加热时间合成了不同种类的钠钨青铜(NaxWO3+x/2)材料。利用X射线衍射学和电子显微学研究确定了加热时间为4 h、10 h、30 h三种条件下的产物分别是Na2W2O7和Na2W4O13、Na2W4O13和WO3、WO3,发现产物中Na的相对含量随加热时间的增加而逐渐减小。研究结果为NaxWO3+x/2材料的制备及结构调控提供了参考。

The effects of annealing time on the synthesis of sodium tungsten bronze

Abstract  Various sodium tungsten bronze (NaxWO3+x/2) materials were synthesized by simple heating with different annealing time.The final products were identified as Na2W2O7 and Na2W4O13, Na2W4O13 and WO3, WO3 under different annealing time of 4 h, 10 h and 30 h ,by the means of X-ray diffractometry, scanning andtransmission electron microscopy. It is evident that the Na content decreases with the increasing of the annealing time. This research can serve as a possible guidance for the synthesis of NaxWO3+x/2 materials with controlled structures.
