外源硼和钙对“索邦”百合花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响

摘要:  本文采用花粉液体培养法研究硼、钙离子对“索邦”百合花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响。结果表明:百合花粉萌发和花粉管生长需要适宜的外源硼酸,适宜浓度为1mmol/L,低浓度促进花粉萌发和花粉管生长,而浓度过高则起抑制作用。适量的外源钙离子有利于花粉萌发和花粉管生长,适宜浓度为1mmol/L,高钙离子浓度抑制花粉萌发和花粉管生长。

Effects of exogenous boron and calcium on pollen germination and tube growth of Lilium oriental ‘Sorbonne’

AbstractEffects of boron and calcium on pollen germination and tube growth of Lilium longiflorum were studied using liquid culture. The results showed that appropriate exogenous boron with the suitable concentration of 1mmol/L was essential for pollen germination and tube growth. Under certain condition, low concentration of boron accumulated pollen germination and tube growth, while high concentration inhibited. Appropriate exogenous calcium with the most suitable concentration at 1mmol/L was advantageousto pollen germination and tube growth, but higher concentration of calcium inhibited the process.
