摘 要:利用扫描及透射电子显微技术对点冲击变形Mg-Y1.5-Nd0.6-Zn0.4合金的显微结构特征进行了研究。结果表明点冲击变形镁合金的主要变形模式包括形成孪晶与剪切带。其中孪晶的主要类型为{1121}、{1011}与{1012}孪晶。此外,孪晶与剪切带之间存在交互作用,进而在一定程度上改变孪晶相对基体的取向差。

Characterization of the deformation microstructure in impactedMg based alloy by electron microscopy

Abstract:Deformation microstructural features of the Mg-Y1.5-Nd0.6-Zn0.4 alloy subjected to impact deformation have been investigated by means of EBSD and TEM techniques. The results show that the dominant deformation modes under impact deformation include twinning and shear-band formation processes. The presence of {1011},{1012} and {1121} twin after the impact deformation are identified by EBSD analysis. It is observed that a deformation twin can interact with shear bands in different ways, which gives rise to a twinning deviation to some degreewith respect to the matrix.
